Nancy Sanchez, fresh from touring, joins us with new songs

Nancy Sanchez is an award-winning Jazz vocalist, songwriter, mariachi band member, and pop singer.  Born in Toluca Mexico,  raised in Southern California, she has won three Orange County Music Awards and many other accolades.  Nancy’s album American Novio is her first predominantly Spanish language record. In it, she adds pop and traditional Mexican musical elements to her singer-songwriter style, while featuring special guest  Marisa Ronstadt, and her father on guitarron.  American Novio was selected by NPRs Alt-Latino Radio program for their Best of 2017. Nancy has been performing with the Latin Grammy Award-winning group Flor de Toloache, appeared on Televisa in Mexico City and with Grammy-winning group Quetzal. Nancy’s song” Puerta del Sol”  can be heard on the new STARZ original Series VIDA in 2018.
