Sarah Elizabeth Haines is a multi-instrumental NYC-based artist who we have met before as a member of the 6-person Americana rock/Celtic group Bellehouse. She has been touring nationally for Broadway’s Hamilton as well as playing in symphonies and youth music organizations nationwide. She has release a solo album, Pretending to Sleep, written while on tour with Hamilton . The album combines all of her talents – singing, folk, classical and even brings in the string quartet she tours with. The lyrics are honest, if painful, made even more so by the spare production (by Kevin Salem.
